Dr. Richard Giemza, DMD

I have gone to Dr Giemzas office for over30 years and couldn't be more pleased. Excellent manners, great listener and always gives great advice.I have had several crowns and fillings done by Dr Giemza, have been given many compliments on how nice my teeth were. I am in retail sales, dealing with the public every day so my teeth and smile are very important to my job.Front office, has always been courteous and cheerful both answering the phones for an appointment and I look forward going there.

I went to Dr Giemza for the first time and I was very pleased. I am a nervous patient and he made me feel very calm. I needed to have a filling done. He was very gentle with the Novocaine injection, I hardly even knew that he did it. He checked with me several times asking how I was doing. I told the receptionist also that I was a nervous patient and she assured me that the Doctor was very good and explained the procedure to me which also helped. Fast appt and no waiting in the waiting room.

Highly recommend this office. I've been a patient for quite some time. The receptionist always remembers who I am and is friendly. The doctor is excellent. Very through and calming. He does excellent work. I never feel rushed. He takes the time to be sure I understand the procedure and/or treatment plans needed. He does all the treatment himself. Normally can get an appt within a reasonable amt of time. He never double books and I rarely wait more then 5 minutes to be seen. I recommend him.

Originally he impressed me because for number of years he alone took care of my tooth (absolutely everything besides root canals!). He has two room office: small, closed like, where he never stayed long enough, because he always need to go to another, larger room (probably for privilege patients or relatives). After finally I switch dentist who told me that I have "a terrible bite, which caused not just improperly chewing bite but also biting my checks and lips". Hope his other clients doing OK

The worst office to deal with. Woman who answers the phone is not nice at all. Would not give me an apt when I have 2 very good ins cos . I called back after they got the list so I can then make an apt. I had an urgent matter & instead of being kind & inderstanding she told me they sent a letter to my ins asking for me to be removed from list . I asked why & she said you weren't happy last time you called to make an apt of course I wasn't u refused to give me one. I would NEVER use this office
