First let me begin by saying the dentist was a very nice man however his Dental Office policy If you want your records including x-rays because you want to change dentist or get a second opinion you will have to pay them $25 for them to email your records to your doctor. I was told this was not a problem and no charge at my appointment> I later asked for my copy of records now there is a administration fee. I called my child's previous dentist and she did it in 5 minutes and it was no charge.
