Dr. Richard A Lester, DDS

Very rude. First of all I am African American and for some reason he kept calling me "girl". Which I didn't quite understand because I haven't been called girl by a stranger since high school. I had a filling replaced that was bothering me. When he began to drill into my tooth, I told him that I could feel pain. He accused me of lying and said that if I move (due to pain) again he wasn't going to finish. I feel more pain than before and he didn't even address a visible cavity that I still have.

My family has been going to Dr Lester for several years. We have paid him a lot of money. I just found out that he is refusing me and my family any service due to I have a balance of $146.00 until it is paid in full even though I have been paying monthly payments of $50.00. Which I was told it as ok to do. This is shocking to me to have a doctor refuse you service. What if all doctors and hospitals did the same? Like his very rude wife says don't come if you don't have money. This is a warning .
