They called to confirm, sent text messages to confirm, I show up and they’re not open! An hour late and they’re still not open when my appt was at 9 AM! Gotta find a new place, this is trash!!!!

I have seen Dr. Rodriguez for over 10 years and while nobody likes going to the dentist, it was not that way for me. Dr. Rodriguez is soft spoken, explains everything he is going to do before he does it so that puts me at ease. Never a problem until my new employer has a different insurance and Dr. Rodriguez doesn't take it. It makes me so sad that now I have to look around for a new dentist that I know will probably never live up to Rodriguez Dental on N. 10th.
