Great set of people. Dr. Um is the best dentist in Orlando. She always has a great spirit and is always happy when you see her. Does the job right. And goes up and beyond constantly!

The entire staff is beyond skills. I have dental work, but everyone makes sure that I am comfortable from the time I walk in, all the way out. The office is always clean and welcoming!

Dr Um been my excellent dentist, kind helpful patient, good listener, took great care of my dental needs, explored several treatment options w/ me with reasonable costs, picked best to ensure all work out well. Eg showed use of poligrip, polished my denture to ensure good fit. Her staff helpful, friendly. I requested, got gentle cleaning on sensitive gums. I'm happy with them. Highly recommend them.

Dr. Um is a very friendly, brilliant, professional, and honest dentist. Her office is well-run by a smiling and caring staff. Everyone, from the reception staff to the technicians, shows great concern for the patients. No one likes going to the dentist but one will almost look forward to visiting with Dr. Um. I took my son in for a 3pm appointment on December 20th 2018. We called the dentist to set up a tooth extraction because his baby tooth had cracked and needed to be pulled out. We had a $50 deductible and a 20% charge equaling to $62. However Smile Dental chose to add on an exam even though we specifically explain what the problem was. ( condescendingly I was questioned as to whether I was a doctor and why I would bother self-evaluating when by the way the person doing the quote-unquote exam jus
