The most unprofessional dental experience of my life. I came in to Aliso Viejo Dental Family Group hoping for a basic consultation, but instead was met with psychological pressure, inappropriate comments about my face, and blatant disrespect. Dr. Reza Tafreshi told me the only tooth that looked good was the one with a crown—an unnecessary and hurtful remark.When I explained I was from Ukraine and wanted only major repairs and a cleaning (as I plan to do cosmetic work abroad later), he insisted I needed $35,000 worth of procedures. I repeated clearly that I only wanted essential work done. At that point, he became visibly angry and aggressive, even telling me, “You smart girl, go back to Ukraine and do your cleaning and repairs there.” That comment alone was deeply offensive, racially charged, and unprofessional.He demonstrated narcissistic behavior, ego-driven aggression, and a complete lack of empathy or ethical standards. I left shocked, humiliated, and deeply disturbed.

This practice overcharged me $710 saying my insurance didn’t cover the services rendered. This was a lie as they never submitted a claim. Still waiting on a call from their billing department to clear up this issue. Won’t recommend this practice to anyone.
