Dr. Reya Weeks, DDS

I arrived on time for my appointment, another patient arrived after see me. While waiting this patient was seen at a reasonable time. After 30 minutes I inauired how much loger I would have to wait. It took about 10 more minutes to get an answer and that it would be only 15 minutes more wait time. This is office is not run efficiently or professionally since no one appeared to be concerned that I was waiting close to an hour to be seen. I will not be back, nor would I recommend Dr. Weeks to anyone. o

Friendly staff. Timely service

The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. When I met with Dr Weeks she made me feel very comfortable and helped ease all of my concerns.

I appreciate Dr Weeks’ honestly when it comes to treatments. She has done a few small fillings (which were quickly scheduled) in order to avoid more costly but easier treatments (like crowns). My son has been a patient here since he was two, and the office has always been so wonderful with him. It’s nice to be able to schedule our appointments together, and that’s easy to do here!

I was a patient of Dr. Weeks a couple years ago and left given a horrible experience with her specifically. Never posted a review at that time because I just wanted to move on. However, I do want others to be aware. I was told I needed 4 new crowns and had 2 cavities which I thought was crazy given the care I take in my overall health. I’m in healthcare myself and questioned this assessment only to be snapped at and treated poorly. Met with my new dentist to confirm I had none of those issues.

I’ve been a patient for over 5 years with Dr. Weeks and almost every appointment I have to wait aleast 20 to 30 min. To be seen. When I make an appointment at 3 pm for example I expect to be seen with in a few minutes after not 20 to 30 minuets later. I just finally had enough.

I was a patient with Dr. Weeks and switched to a dentist closer to home (no complaints). I'd received a crown a few years ago and it cracked down the middle. They should last 10 years so I called Dr. Weeks to replace it. Initially, they refused because they said I was no longer a client. After much conversing, they agreed to honor their crown (pro-rated). I did receive their replacement, but their manners and treatment of me were very rude. I almost cried and thought it was unprofessional.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Weeks now for about 5 years and the experience has always been great. I never have to wait long and the staff has always been very friendly and accommodating. Being a diabetic with periodontal disease, I get my teeth cleaned 3x times per year. I've had a few fillings and some bonding as well. Doctor Weeks always provides excellent advice and treatments. I have dental insurance so the cost of always cheap and I love how my teeth look after a cleaning.

Wait 20-45 minutes to be seen.Never feel like Dr. Weeks if engaged in my care or needs. Always seems rushed yet have wait time 15 min or more in the chair, and then another 15-30 min when in the chair.The hygienist said "you can read a magazine or play with my phone".The hygienists are rude and unprofessional.One of them knocked the siphon against my teeth to get me to close my mouth rather than verbally communicating. Cost of service is not disclosed unless asked. Hygienist seemed disgruntled.

My wife and I have both seen Dr. Weeks regularly for the past few years, and are extremely satisfied with all aspects of her practice. From cleaning to replacing old fillings and crowns she has been caring and thorough with the work. Taking our dental care personally. Without question one of the best dentists around.
