Dr. Reinaldo Perez, DMD

This review is long overdue. The first time my mother and I met him he was very pleasant. I was even considering going to him myself. My mother has partial metal dentures and they are so uncomfortable that she often doesn’t wear them. She originally had them made by a dentist in New Jersey and Dr. Perez had supposedly adjusted them (obviously he did a terrible job as they are still hurting her). We went back to him and my mother told him again that they hurt and she had a hard time wearing them. His response? Go back to New Jersey and have the original dentist fix them. I was not in the room with my mother at the time and she only told me on the way home. What kind of person says something like that to a patient? He is most definitely in the wrong profession. He is beyond unprofessional, rude and has absolutely NO empathy for patients. Shame on you Dr. Perez.
