Dr. Sales is a fantastic dentist, can always fit me in for a tooth "emergency"

Been with Dr. Sales for a long time until Jan 2020 when they changed management. Front desk gave me the new forms right before going in the room and not while I was waiting in waiting area for 30 mins. Cherie/Cherry my hygienist that day was definitely not in the mood as well and the most unforgettable one. Tossing my bag in the corner chair. Probing my gum hard and shoving the tool in my mouth and not minding all the water splashing all over my face even joked about giving me facial. Offered a tissue but she never got me any. Discussion was longer than the actual cleaning. Even told me I don’t know how important deep cleaning is because I’m not a nurse & wanted me to sign a waiver of declining as if it’s a matter of life and death. Talking to the front desk asking her to tell me what deep cleaning is while she was literally beside me. Went out of the office with my face still all messed up with mascara all over and said to myself never again & won’t forget that day specially her name.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Sales and she (and her staff) were fantastic! She really took the time to explain the procedure and was very understanding in the process.

This is a great dentist! The team is amazing and they always make sure you understand what work is being done to your teeth and they explain the process.

Always on time, cheerful staff, clean facility, and professional & polite. A very pleasant experience.

Good dentists are hard to find. But, you will not be disappointed if you go to midway dentistry. If you need an friendly, trustworthy dentist, Dr. Sales is the dentist for you!

EXCELLENT DENTIST, KIND AND CARING, AND TAKES CARE OF HER PATIENTS. MY SON WAS TAKEN CARE OF EXTENSIVELY AND SHE WAS INVOLVED WITH HIS DENTAL WORK.

This was the most horrible experience I have ever had. She pulled many teeth that were fine before I went to her. I think she was overbooked and she was not all there during my treatments. I have since had to go to another dentist to repair the damages as well as get new dentures. Do not go to her! Everything about this experience was bad.

Dr. Sales is patient and informative. She explains exactly what procedures are needed and discusses all options for treatment. She is empathetic to patients' fears and physical pain and discomfort.

I have been with Dr. Sales since about 2008, and I could not imagine changing dentist. Dr. Sales is very compassionate and caring, and she has a high level of integrity. She cares about the care that she provides to her patients and will make the time to care for you.

Dr Sales has been taking care of my daughters teeth for five years and recently doing major work on my teeth including 4 extraction and 3 root cancels. Dr Sales and her staff are outstanding, they made me feel so relaxed going through my extractions. There was no pain, and I was informed of all steps. I would personal recommend Dr. Sales to everyone from kids to adults, plus she is a wonderful person.
