I would definitely never recommend this dentistry especially for your child's first dental visit. I scheduled an appointment which took 3 months to get and when I arrived at my scheduled appointment time I was told that they made a mistake and never added my son to the schedule. That it is written in who I spoke to and that I was scheduled at this time but they didn't add it to their calender. Instead of trying to be accommodating for their mistake they were extremely rude and condescending. what a horrible first experience for a child. Although I was not able to actually meet Dr. Kucera, her staff was rude, not accommodating and unprofessional. Needless to say I will find a better, more professional office.

I liked the practice before they started asking parents to stay in waiting room, while their minor kids are by themselves in exam rooms for treatment! It is unethical to take a minor (child) to exam room without his/her parent or the accompanying adult! Then once done, the staff brings you your child to exam room and bye! Dr Kucera won't make face to face consult with parents! Factory business!!! Terrible way of practicing medicine or dental med. I have no problems with their prices. They are fair per market. But I have a problem with DDS herself!

when she started practice, she was being nice and as time went by& she got more patients, her attitude changed to just make more money. She told, my son has many cavities and all need filled. estimate was too much. When denied, she treated us bad. Went to another dentist &he said, only 4 cavities & all on baby tooth and only 2 need filling & the other 2 wud fall off b4 being problem. She charged us for lot of unnecessary treatments like leveling the teeth! Y would a kid under 10 need cosmetic fix
