LOVE DR REBECCA DUNN! BEST STAFF AROUND TOO.

I contacted my dental insurance company to find a dentist in network who was open for a dental emergency. It was 6:30PM and Dr. Dunn's office was open until 7:00PM. I went to the office asking to be seen since I wasn't a current patient and had an emergency. The receptionist said they couldn't see me since I wasn't a patient. I asked to speak to the dentist. The receptionist said she wasn't available and I told her I'd wait. In less than a minute Dr. Dunn came to the window and asked what the problem was. I explained that I had an infection and that the pain had increased significantly over the last 2-3 hours. I told her that I had an appointment with my dentist the next day at 1PM and would not be there if I wasn't in severe pain. Dr. Dunn said that I should contact my dentist. I told her that I had and that I hadn't heard back. She then started giving excuses why she couldn't see me. She refused to see someone with an emergency. I'd give her a zero but that wasn't an option.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Dunn’s for quite some time now. Aside from LOVING Dr Dunn, the office staff is excellent and very friendly! Dr Dunn leaves her emergency phone number on the office voice mail. She is very accommodating and always considers how you want things done. You will love her and her staff!

Everyone was friendly and worked to ease any anxiety from a dental visit. Work was performed quickly and as pain-free as possible. Tech used is modern. Flexible scheduling.

Best dentist and wonderful service provider and human being... always polite and great personality!

Pleasant environment, clean office, wait is never long, Dr. Dunn is very capable and very nice to talk to. Very good with children. I'm a long time patient. Continue going to her even after I moved to 25 minutes away 20 years ago.
