I always have a great experience here with Dr Mascolo and his staff. They are friendly and professional.

This place is ridiculous. They schedule 3-4 months out yet they constantly send texts and reminders about appts (except they never have any). When you arrive it's a revolving door of people seeing you and shuffling rooms. Very loud and overwhelming unlike a dentist office should be. Not my type of dentist feeling. They also want to jump to fill your teeth rather than count on how you can improve/reverse a cavity. The people are pretty nice, though. It's just not worth it.

Awful experience. Mascolo would not discuss any of the work he was doing, just answered in short blurts, but he was very talkative about his personal life while he was working on me and I couldn’t talk. His assistant didn’t know what she was doing (dropping things, giving him the wrong instruments and putting them in the wrong places, resting her hand and arm weight on the side of my mouth causing pain), distracting Ray Mascolo (he was getting upset with her). Damage was done to a perfectly good filling. Also a filling that Mascolo put in where he put this metal thing around my tooth - he wound it up so tight that it cracked the back of the tooth and flossing is difficult as the floss breaks every time. When he repaired the damage he did to an older filling that was fine, he did not use Novacaine to numb the drilling, and it was so painful that I couldn’t help but flinch. I am so psychologically damaged, I wanted to put this behind me, but cannot at this point

Dr. Mascolo has been my dentist for nearly 30 years and I cannot say enough about his professionalism, caring, and manner. He is truly a wonderful dentist and I am proud to be one of his patients.
