I showed up to my first appointment at Fuller and they turned me away because they did not have my insurance information and said it would take 2 hours to verify it. My wife had my step son in their office 2 weeks prior and made my appointment. WE HAVE A FAMILY DENTAL INSURANCE PLAN and she specifically mentioned having the same insurance as my step-son while making the appointment. When i mentioned this they said "oh, I did not realize you had a family plan." I also asked why I did not receive a call from their office asking for the insurance info and they said they called and left a voice message. I'm sorry to say, but I had no voicemail from them....just texts confirming my appointment (not mentioning anything about insurance either). They offered to keep the appointment if I paid $350 out of pocket while they took the two hours to "verify my insurance."
