Dr. Rashmi Shah, DMD

I have now been with Dr. Shah for a long time and I can say with surety that she is the best dentist I know. I had been to many earlier since I was a child but the ease with which she took care of not only me but my kids also has been the most amazing. She is a very sweet person, has a beautiful office and a kids area, and also, loves people. I would never go to anyone else. She also makes animal-shaped balloons for my kids which they love!

Dr. Shah is an exceptionally competent, experienced, and caring dentist, who has looked after my teeth my whole life, as well as countless family members. She keeps her knowledge and practice updated, hires and manages staff who are also caring, and partners with specialists who have supported my complete dental care. I deeply appreciate how much she accommodates me and her patients, always putting patient care first. I can't recommend her enough.

I started taking my children to Dr. Shah over 20 yrs ago. I was so disappointed when I changed insurance and realized that I couldn’t go there anymore. I now have a special needs daughter w Koop ho is a young adult. I was taking the long trip from Brockton to Boston Children’s Hospital for her to be seen by dental professionals there. I was thrilled to find out that Dr. Shah was accepting my daughter’s dental insurance. My daughter is very comfortable going to Dr. Shah for all her cleaning and other dental care. Dr. Shah and her staff understand my daughter’s special circumstances and is very supportive. I highly recommend her!!

Dr. Shah is a fantastic dentist. I came to her 5 years ago through a family referral. She has been taking care of my husband's families teeth ever since he was a baby - he's in his 30s now and STILL goes there for his routine cleanings etc! I needed lots of dental work in the beginning. She has patiently worked through my issues with me through the years, and always did it with care and compassion. She really cares about her patients and their needs. When I'm under Dr. Shah's care, I know that I can trust her to do not only great work, but do it right. Her team is equally amazing. From Paula, who does the routine cleanings and is always a pleasure, to Jenny at the front desk, who is always there to answer my questions and concerns no problem. Sometimes there can be a wait, but it's because Dr. Shah takes the time with each patient to make sure their needs are met before they leave. I'd highly recommend this practice. While resting at home I was just thinking about my day, took two of my children to see Dr. Shah and the hygienist . A great check up for both I’m a happy mom . My family and myself have been patients of Dr. Shah’s for at least twenty years . We have nine children adopted some have very serious health issues, she has been treating them since they were very small . The attention she gave them and treatment was unbelievable they love going there. Now they are older and continue to see Dr. Shah today I felt wow she never changes how she can continue to relate to her patients. I listened and heard her talk to the children nothing changed she is very loving with all of them and they all walk out with a animal shaped balloon. Dr. Shah, the specialists, and staff and hygienist are all fantastic. I chipped a tooth that had been root canaled and the whole repair and temporary crown process was done within 48 hours. Dr. Shah has been our family dentist for over 20 years and children and adults feel at ease. They are fantastic!

My 5 year old child had lot of bad cavities in his mouth. he was very scared of dentists. i took him to lot of dentists and was not successful in getting his dental treatment done. Because of his health conditions no dentist was willing to see him. I took him to Dr.Shah, She was very friendly with my child,made some balloons and calmed my child down. I am so thankful to her. My child ended up getting all his dental work done. She my Family dentist now. Thank you Dr.Shah.

We were patients of Dr.Shah for the past couple years. We always make appointments and have to wait, every time we come in for well over an hour, because they ask you to arrive early for your appointment. My time is cuable and it's difficult to keep children occupied for extended periods until the Dentist has time to see you. Waiting for such long times to be seen makes you wonder if they understand how appointment slots work. The staff is courteous but just says well, that's how it is.

She is extremely unprofessional. I had a 10 a.m. appointment, was told by the Secretary that she still wasn't in yet and to sit and wait. I waited for half an hour and never got an apology for being made to wait from her. then she informed me that she refuses to do white fillings because it's her own personal preference and didn't care what the patient thought and then made fun of me and gave me an attitude and told me to find a different doctor! well I certainly will! Horribly unprofessional!
