Dr. Randy Greenberg, DMD

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Greenberg for well over 30 years and tried to make an appointment for a broken tooth with severe pain to be told by Donna sorry, we’re booked! We can seen you in a week. I asked if Dr. Greenberg could give me a call and Donna again said I have your name on a waiting list. I never got a return call. After a week of agony, I called a new dentist who was very accommodating. It’s very sad to see an amazing practice being ruined by this Donna person.

Very disappointing. Dr. Greenberg was sullen, less than understanding that my head doesn't turn because of multiple cervical surgeries, uncommunicative, did not follow up regarding an abscess that was noted on an earlier visit and did a very small filling in very little time with no Novocaine and charged the same amount as he would for one that was more involved and time consuming. The filling fell out within days. When I called and spoke to the office manager and mentioned that I would write a review, she (Donna) accused me of blackmail to reduce the cost but did say that I could come back and have the filling redone. That won't happen. The bill was paid in full so I have nothing to gain by writing this.

When I am in Dr. Greenberg’s dental chair I know I can relax and breathe easy because I trust him completely. So relax and don’t forget to breathe.

I have been to several different dentists over my 60+ years and this is by far the best. Dr. Greenberg is very personable and takes the time to explain and show you everything including options available to you. His office has all the latest technology and full electronic capabilities. The office staff is very nice as well and very competent. They do have several different hygienists doing cleanings but I have always been satisfied with the one I had. I have always been very satisfied with any dental work I have had done by Dr. Greenberg including root canals, crowns, fillings, etc. Almost completely painless. Very well organized and the dental assistants have been top notch as well. I highly recommend Dr. Greenberg's dental practice if you are looking for a new dentist or not happy with your current dentist.

Always an efficient office - electronically current. Dawn the hygienist is wonderful. She is nice, gentle and always does a great job.

Excellent dentist. Took lots of time to explain everything and put my mind at ease. For years I have had awful experiences with getting numb and thought it was a problem with me. Maybe I couldn’t get numb? Dr. Greenberg convinced me to let him try and he succeeded! I was in tears on my way home not because of pain but relief that after 20 years I finally found a dentist who could help me. So far I have only had one root canal done but it was as pleasant an experience as it could be without pain.

Very disappointing. The best thing about his business was a hygienist who left a few months ago. The Doctor himself is less than personable. I always felt like he only saw me as a pay check. He recently discharged me from his practice because I questioned the ethics of his attempting to persuade me into having elective procedures just because my insurance company would pay for them! I'm not an expert on professional ethics, but I think there may be 2 violations here!

Great hygienist !! Good dentist, miserably rotten reseptionist.

My gums were left bloody and raw after a routine cleaning. The staff made me feel very uncomfortable and were very inappropriate. Will not be back. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

So disappointing. I've been a patient for years. My last visit was the turning point for me. A new front desk person was hired. She didn't even acknowledge me when I arrived. It was uncomfortable. She was rude. I'm use to Tammy greeting me. I'm not going back and I'm sure I'm not the only one.
