i wasn’t referred to dr. morales for orthodontics by my hygienist. i met with dr. morales three times in total and almost each time he had poor bedside manner, wasn’t communicative or informative. he is unfriendly and his demeanor suggests that’s he would rather be elsewhere. this is the first dental experience i have that was as unpleasant. for a specialty that is as sensitive as dentistry, friendliness and information is key, especially when it comes to uncomfortable procedures. the nursing st
