Here's a follow-up to the bungled root canal done by Dr. Jacobs. I just came back from the endodontist. After many thousands of dollars and several procedures over the past year I'm going to lose the tooth and spend even more thousands on an implant. Trusting this dentist with your dental care is a grave mistake. I did file a formal complaint with the dental board but they are run by dentists and have very low standards and did not rule in my favor.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Jacob's for 17 years. We are very pleased with the dental care we have received from him, as well as his office staff. He really cares about his patients. He also has state of the art equipment and keeps up on new dentistry issues and techniques.

I would give this dentist zero stars if I could. Horrible service, lied about the estimate he gave me in the work to be done and overall very in professional. Would not recommend this dentist to anyone.
