Dr. Rajesh Patel, DDS

I've been going to Dr Patel for about 5 years now. I appreciate how gentle and professional he is. I've had cleanings, fillings, and a crown put on. I like that you can request the hygienist and Karen is my favorite. Highly recommend!

Sadly I went to a new dentist today. I've gone to Dr. Patel's for many years, but in the past few he seems to have lost his interest. He is very smart, built an empire, is an attorney as well as a dentist, but now his heart doesn't seem to be in his work, and is perhaps looking for a new challenge. It seems if he isn't in the mood to tackle a needed procedure, he will schedule for later even though it's clear he doesn't have a lot going on. Personally, I like him, but I need more care for my teeth at this point than he is giving.

This dentist shouldn't do root canals. My wife had a root canal done by him. The tooth continued to hurt. We went to a different dentist that could see us sooner and the x-rays show that it was a bad root canal so we paid another dentist to fix it. We called Patel's office and had the x-rays sent there for a reimbursement. They never corresponded about it until they sent me a dental cleaning reminder. The next day, they called and said that Patel felt like he did what he was suppose to do and wasn't going to reimburse. Now we have to go pick up the x-rays, get a 3rd opinion and determine if we'll take him to small claims court.

Bedside manner becomes repulsive when you confront him with a valid issue.

My wife and I have been with Dr Patel many years. He is very attentive, skilled, and professional. Last year I had two root canal and crowns. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in the chair and I had no complications afterward. I would recommend Dr Patel and his staff to everyone.

Dr. Patel had been my Dentist for many years and until recently I felt he was a very good dentist. I had 2 root canals done by him and it took 1 hour. I had a lot of pain before and after the root canals. I went back to doctor Patel and he told me all looked good. I made an appointment with an endodontist who told me there was broken instruments in the roots of the teeth and lots of infection. I had to have both teeth pulled. My advice to you, pick another dentist.

Dr. Patel has been my dentist now for close to 5 years and all I can say is that he is extremely professional and has an easy going manner with people.
