Dr. Rainer Bergmann, DMD

We interviewed several Prosthodontists before meeting Dr. Bergmann. The overall culture of this office will be immediately evident from your interaction with the front desk staff, Heidi and Donna, which reflects the doctor's genteel demeanor. My wife and I were immediately impressed with the doctor's genuine interest in designing the most effective and economical program for her complex procedures. Dental Assistants Christine, Wendy and Annalisa are equally exceptionally empathetic to the anxiety many patients experience with denistry, and their compassion mirrors the doctor's and cannot be overstated. This level of care to a patient's comfort complementing expertise is hard to find. I subsequently needed some attention of my own to a sudden tooth sensitivity. After diagnosing decay under an old crown, Dr. Bergmann's expertise was again demonstrated as he defied the odds, circumvented root canal and saved the tooth. We'd highly recommend this dental practice!

Disappointing. Biased in giving "second opinion". Inaccurate, omission-based dental charting. Defensive of substandard dentistry. Does not accept any dental insurance, as "his fees are much higher than any dental insurance would pay him". Don't waste your time with a "second opinion".

FANTASTIC! My hygienist was Heather, and she, too, was GREAT! We had to move from Palm Desert to Long Beach in 2013, and I have yet to find a dental office as wonderful as Dr. Bergmann's! I wish it were not so far to travel for their expertise, but at my advanced age, I must learn to be accept what is offered to me. For those about to embark upon a dental relationship with Dr. Bergmann's office, I envy you, and wish you the best!
