Dr. Raidah Hudson, DDS

Went in for a cleaning, the assistant said I needed a thorough exam which took 30-40 minutes because she couldn't get it right. Dr. Hudson looked at X-rays and said I needed a filling replaced. I had no problems with my fillings before even though I go to the dentist every 6 months and have X-rays done every year. Dr. Hudson couldn't get the existing tooth out so she had to prop my gums open for 45 minutes. For the next 2 weeks I was in pain and couldn't eat or drink on either side. I called her office and she agreed to have me come in for a follow up at no charge but did bill my insurance. I called my insurance company who called her office and she stated she would cancel the charge. I continued to have sensitive teeth and could not chew. She had me come in for another follow up and supposedly adjusted the new filling, however it's been 8 months and I'm still having chewing problems. I will never go to this office again. I'm currently searching for a new dentist office with experience

Initial paperwork at this office ask 4 SS#, address,age etc all ID theft info. The Privacy Consent page states, "Notice of privacy policy accompanies the consent form" but it does not & also states the policy can change. Thier idea of given u the policy is a poster on the wall which they can change at their leisure. Dr. gets irate & refuses service if u dont sign as if you recd the policy.By not receiving the privacy policy u dont know what they intend 2 do with your info - sell it 2 foreigners?

The only reason this office is getting one star is because zero is not an option. Went to get my tooth filled and wound up having to get a tetanus shot because she used a used syringe to numb my mouth. The office is outdated, the staff is not friendly. When I voiced my concern about the state of the tool she was using, I was told I was over-reacting and to calm down. I am an RN in a hospital in the area. I give numerous shots every week and know what appropriate equipment should look like.
