He is LITERALLY the best. Explains everything very well and is happy to talk about questions/concerns. Goes out of his way to make things as easy and comfortable as possible for the patient. And affordable compared to other dentists in the area

VERY THOROUGH in diagnostic technique and explaining the procedure including the pros and cons of all options. Very reasonable in cost compared to other quotes I received especially for the complete services rendered. I chose Dr. Shah for the major services that I needed. He certainly did not disappoint. In fact, he exceeded all my expectations thus far. Staff is very friendly, caring and competent. I have had many dentists in many States over the years; and, I would rate Dr. Shah as one of the best. The Illinois Valley is lucky to have Dr. Shah.

I felt very relaxed with Dr Shah. He is very good at explaining everything that is going on or about to happen.They had some minor equipment problems but worked it out.Appointment reminders are a little over done they text email and call to remind you maybe some people need that many reminders.The payment options have changed it used to be you could put down a portion of the payment when you where getting a crown now its total due after first visit before final visit.

I'm having alot of work done on my teeth.Dr Shah always explains everything very well.He does excellent work.I feel very comfortable there.

Does good work but always coming up with more problems you need to take care of just to make money. Place needs a good cleaning. If you have insurance beware they'll have you in every week.
