I had a few appointments with this dentist due to an ongoing problem, and one day she was unable to see me right away because another patient had an emergency, which I didn't find out until I got there. So I waited AND watched the other patient's child while she was treated, for about 45 minutes at least. My next appt was on a day of a local fire which I wasn't aware of and I arrived late, she was unable to see me and wanted to charge me and wouldn't schedule another appt until I paid.
