I have always enjoyed coming to Dr. Robinson since having my braces. Dr. Robinson and his staff is always so pleasant and understanding when addressing any issues. I will highly refer anyone I know to Dr. Robinson. Dr. Robinson is also very skilled and patient with each of his patients. I will truly miss coming to see him now that my braces has been removed. Team Memphis Orthodontists is a dental family that I have been part of for the pasts 3 years. Thanks for everything Dr. Robinson to you and your team. Everyone Rocks!!!

With every visit, I was greeted with a smile or a good morning. The ladies here are always so welcoming and are always giving you a reason to laugh. I would highly recommend this site to whomever is interested in getting braces. The staff and Dr. Robinson himself are professional and real nice.

The staff seems to be young and not have good customer service . I have lost pa info and sent in wrong . Long wait times when placed on hold . Staff seems to be going in circle

Never got to experience Dr. Robinsons work. I've been getting the run a round for over a month now on a payment plan for my daughter for braces. No one in the office can tell me anything besides they are waiting to hear back from an accountant about the prices. Everyone takes my number down and never return the call. From the accountant not working on Thursdays to they will call me Friday, Friday turns into Monday. I'm just over this place. I'll take my money elsewhere.

Dr. Robinson is amazing! Quality work, and great overall. Office staff has me considering transferring services, they are very rude and unknowledgeable, and even worse over the phone.

Dr. Robinson is great. This poor review is a result of this staff in the front of the office. They can be very rude at times and do things that are inappropriate. Their patient interaction skills are poor, I had one individual pull me into a room and address my situation as if I were a child. Extremely unprofessional. My interactions with his front office staff have turned a once enjoyable experience and it a dreadful one. I recommend him as an individual but NOT his staff.
