On both visits to Q Smiles I found Dr. Choi and his staff to be warm and welcoming, upfront and clear in their communication about procedures and cost estimates, and dedicated in their effort. At the second visit I witnessed how they pulled together as a team when they were unexpectedly shorthanded without their receptionist due to a medical emergency. Everyone stayed supportive despite the backlog and staff made it a point to reassure waiting patients. A supportive work environment bodes well for patient care. Dr. Choi took the time to explain my dental situation and the options I had going forward. I've had dental implants before but my previous dentist, since retired, and although extremely experienced, worked at a conveyer belt speed that I'm now concerned has increased my risk for long-term problems.
