Great experience from the moment we arrived for a consultation. Dr. Patrone is very helpful and caring. The front desk is very helpful and tries to get the most coverage from insurance.

Dr. Patrone is an amazing surgeon. I was very nervous about my treatment and he made sure I left feeling confident and secure I was in good hands. His staff was friendly and the office was beautiful. This was the best dental experience I have ever had!

Dr. Patrone is just amazing! He is kind, detailed and gentle.
He was so great in explaining everything to me before my gingivectomy. He left me smiling with confidence. All of his staff members were so kind and helpful and making the healing process go so smoothly and quick just like they said!

I saw Dr. Patrone in his Arlington Heights office, which is very nice. I was very happy with his approach, he is gentle, knowledgeable and very nice. He also does sedation, which is a huge plus, since I'm dental phobic. I absolutely will be coming to see him in the future!

I went to this office because I was told I was in network for insurance. I would have gone for my expensive surgery somewhere else if they would have informed me correct. I was out of network and now they are trying to bill me for more money. The lady was not very polite either. I would suggest going to a different practice as this one cannot do their jobs correctly.

Almost rude, seem to care mostly about his profit, rude BILLING staff.
Greedy: several times did not honor In-Network discounts of the insurance Network he belongs to.
Luckily, there are thousands of other dentists in the US, not all perfect, but there is a choice.

Location: Bloomindale office. I had a crown lengthening on my back most molar. Dr Patrone performed the procedure very quickly and painlessly. No one likes sitting in that chair any longer than they need too. In my opinion Dr Patrone was a rock star!

He prefers General Anesthesia. This costs you more. You have to have someone with you and the recovery is longer.
