Had issues initially with the work that was done but after follow up Dr. Greer reached out personally and is focused on making it right.

Despite several issues over a long period of time, Dr. Greer communicated with me directly and I trust his good intentions. Mistakes happen, but he is honest and resolved my issue fairly. His honor and faith are genuine and that I greatly admire. Thank you, Dr. Greer, for being a man of your word.

The treatment plan for my cracked tooth was to replace it with a crown. On the day of my appointment, Dr Greer started my procedure by removing a perfectly good existing crown! No explanation of a change in my treatment plan until after the crown was removed! I stopped him and explained I thought I was getting a new crown for my cracked tooth. He stated he had to remove the existing the crown “so he could reach the cracked tooth”. Again, I still believed I was getting a new crown for my cracked tooth and allowed him to continue. He continued but instead of crowning my cracked tooth, he only filled it as a cavity. Dr Greer then made a new crown for my existing crown that was perfectly fine. I feel Dr Greer is taking advantage of his patients by our lack of knowledge of dentistry to question his procedures. This was not my first appointment with Dr Greer but was my last.

Honestly I can not think of anything you can do to improve at this time. My husband and I are new patients and I texted him before he was called back to let him know what a happy group of people he was about to encounter. The administrative team and the medial team were tops professionally too! Everyone not only communicated, they also listened. I have never walked into a more caring and kind medial practice. Dr. Greer is one of a kind! I am thankful to have found this practice and proud to call

This dentist did not take the correct x-ray for the problem I went to see him for. He recommended an expensive crown for an tooth that I learned later was not even the problem tooth and did not do thorough research about the problem I was having.

Very pleased with Dr Greer and his staff. Would recommend this place to anybody looking for a good dentist.

Everyone is so caring and attentive to the needs of their patients, I was extremely satisfied.
