Dr. Phillip Arsuffi, DMD

I had a good experience initially; however, he unfortunately disappointed me, after dismissing a family member for missing an appointment. That family member was very ill and explained that. While I respect that his time is valuable, and multiple appointments missed would be cause for concern, this was one appointment. I know because I actually made the appointment and referred this person. The family member had many issues and needed a lot of dental work and it took me a long time to even convince him to see a dentist, after repeated past bad experiences. There are people out there who have trouble trusting and I was hopeful this dentist would provide some much needed care and empathy. When said family member was told he could no longer be a patient due to missed appointments (again, there was only ONE. Another appointment for a cleaning was made by error of the staff), it set him back to a time of distrust once again. I actually have never heard of a professional doing this, and tried to contact him to discuss it. Unfortunately he did not reply at all. Interesting as he was more than happy to talk to me when I have him his first positive review. Sadly, I now have to search for another dentist for this family member and the rest of us as I don’t feel comfortable going back. Unfortunate.

I was having a ache in my tooth. He did his best to make me comfortable and felt as little pain as possible. Highly recommended!!

Dr. Arsuffi is a knowledgeable professional. Kind demeanor, made me feel comfortable. Did awesome work on my smile! VERY satisfied with his work. Warm, caring staff, they will work with your schedule. If you need a new dentist, or would just like to try out Dr. Arsuffi, I assure you won't be disappointed!

Warm, knowledgeable, and had that small town personal charm and professionalism we all want. Easy to schedule, on time, friendly, clean, and my teeth feel fantastic. My teenage daughter said it was best experience at a dentist yet. That says it all. So happy I found!!

I had a tooth that needed removed asap and Dr. Arsuffi got me in the same day I called. The staff was very knowledgeable & friendly. Would definitely recommend for any dental services!
