Used to be honest and excellent, did great work. They aren't like that anymore. Husband got the run-around with his crown, took nearly a month due to dentist errors. At least one dentist and the office director up-sell and are pushy. Staff has gone from personable to collecting more $ than quoted BEFORE the appt (really?). I get emails/texts/calls/mail every two weeks reminding me that I need to schedule more work. Bleh.
