Dr. Carter is the absolute BEST Dentist! He is detailed oriented yet succinct; he is thorough yet swift; and extremely scientific yet can be brief. The office is well manicured, the staff professional, and he was quite punctual. Simply put, there is not better Dentist in this area of the United States of America!

I was referred to dr carter by my sister, HE IS GREAT!!! I LOVE ME SOME DR PHILLIP CARTER, he is professional, he cares about his patients, he is accurate, his prices are reasonable, his practice is clean and his staff is very professional... I have referred him to other members of my family and my boss, I was scared at first because of the area, but fear wasn't needed because where his location is is Great!!! I love him and I'm NEVER going to any other dentist!!! DR. CARTER YOU ROCK!!! Connie
