Dr. Philip Brown, DDS

As a person in the medical field and a resident new to Texas, I was fortunate enough to choose Dr. Brown as my treating dentist from my insurance provider list.Both Dr. Brown and his staff are professional and exhibit excellent expertise. Staff at the front desk checkout area are friendly, courteous, and handle all appointment scheduling and insurance coverage matters at the time a patient exits. Excellent explanations orally and by print outs of visit information, insurance coverage amount and patient's responsibility.

My last visit was my final 6 month smile check up and it was better than great. Dr Brown has kept my oral health in tip top shape. My nice smile is priceless and it was paid over time. He is honest & kind

Dr Brown and his group are awesome. They have not only helped me, but my mom, my wife and others that I have recommended to them. Very patient and carrying. Always asking how my mom is doing. Cant beat this group!

I definitely do NOT recommend this clinic, a very bad experience for a regular adult teeth cleaning, turns out the account manager claimed a code that insurance company applied to the deductible. Called the manager in, she unbelievably, falsely stated that it was due to the influency of my English, and arrogantly said: "You have to pay because you signed to pay". Sounds like you are the piece of meat on her cutting board! Horrible!

5 year patient. For 1 1/2 years (3 visits) I told them about pain in my molar. They brushed it off, saying to use Sensodyne, it's a small fracture, and we'll keep an eye on it. One Friday, I ate a nut and deeply fractured the tooth. They couldn't see me until Tuesday. Told me I needed a root canal and then a crown. They should have done the crown 1 1/2 years ago. This cost me time, money and agonizing pain.

He is quite but thorough. Feel he is passionate about his work.
