Dr. Peter Urling, DDS

I have extreme dental anxiety and have went for a cleaning here prior and the hygienist was amazing, took her time told me she would give me a break if I needed it and was perfectly OK with me just silently focusing on making it through the appointment. Today it was a nightmare, it has been a bit since my last cleaning, but their office knew this and did not schedule the additional time for a deep cleaning. The hygienist who you literally can't hear through her mask decided I needed a deep cleaning and it couldn't be done today and when the Dentist came in for 30 seconds she told him my mouth was too small and to refer me out to a periodontist. I am 40 and have always had all of my dental work done in office to include a wisdom tooth pulled and never had some complain my mouth was too small. My insurance was then charged $125 dollars but they did nothing.

Dr. Urling and his staff are great. I have been a long time paitient and appreciate his ability to explain things in a way I understand. His work on me has been great, and I refer all my friends and family to him.

Not a great listener. Dosent take individual situations into consideration. Seems rushed to get to the next patient. If we could afford it, I'd be back to my old dentist asap.
