Unfortunately, over the past two years Dr. Peter N. Smith at Precision Periodontics has failed to deliver four crowns correctly on four different times. The crowns were not the correct size and were measured incorrectly, his work quality and billing practices have been unsatisfactory. For two years, I spent periods without proper teeth, temporary crowns, and repeated infections was hug pain. One particularly frustrating time was just before Thanksgiving last year. A week before the holiday, I received my third crown on the same tooth, which had previously caused a six-month infection due to being too large. This crown fell out 30 minutes before Thanksgiving dinner, causing significant inconvenience while traveling.Dr. Smith's positive personality and he came as a recommended doctor from a friend of ours initially gave me confidence in his abilities, but after two years and thousands of dollars in bills, I am still without a proper crown and have experienced ongoing infections.
