Dr. Peter Rodenbostel, DMD

This guy got his “degree” in Puerto Rico and is very quick to pull teeth. He entices clients with the promise of pain killers and goes the easy route to pull the tooth. No recommendation for a build up for a future implant. He works in areas of underprivileged patients and prays on them with the help of his assistant who is also very quick to recommend tooth pulling. Never have a tooth pulled that can be saved!

He will charge you for work that you told him you did. It want.

Dr. Rodenbostel and his staff are terrific. They are very caring for my dental needs. He has a well organized system, they don’t waste my time while I there for treatments.

The staff was very professional and friendly. They didn’t make me wait long even though they were very busy. The Doctor was very down to earth and easy to talk to. The Doctor explained everything about what he was doing and you can tell he takes pride in his job.

He was very nice & told me what he was doing before he did it... Made me feel relaxed... Not nervous like usual

Very poor communication, dentist doesn’t listen, the hygienist wasn’t there (which they don’t bother to tell you before getting x rays, so the cleaning you specifically come in for doesn’t actually happen), BUT Tarryn is super nice at least- she’s an assistant or something like that. If I could give just her 5 stars I would.

Everyone was very kind; staff seem happy to work together; Dr. was caring and honest and told me I did not need what other dentist was telling me I needed. I am happy to make Dr. Peter and the staff my new place to take care of my dental issues!

Dr.Pete is very thorough. Takes pictures of your teeth and explains everything logically in order of importance. Gina , his assistant is very thorough as well. Office staff Nina and Sara at Palm Harbor are also very knowledgeable and helpful. They made my treatment seem not so overwhelming. You are in good hands with these people.

Dr. Peter was very nice and thorough. I am even understanding of the technical difficulties with the x-Ray equipment that was experienced while I was there. My disappointment comes from making an appointment for an exam and cleaning and finding out at the end of the exam I would have to come back another day for the cleaning. Even though I only need a basic cleaning. I was told this was standard because until after the exam they would not know what type of cleaning I need. This is incredibly inconvenient especially when my appointment clearly called it an exam/cleaning and I can’t get in for another month at the time I am looking for. I booked far enough in advance to try to get on my normal cycle after moving to this area. Had the online scheduling option only indicated exam or the person I talked to when they asked to reschedule from what I asked for online explained it would not include a cleaning I would’ve taken care of the appointment at that time or researched other options.

I live in Tarpon Springs, in order to see Dr. Pete at his request, the day after my full mouth extractions for temp denture placement. I drove 27 miles each way to the Pasadena GE office, only not to be seen by him? I did not have any issues with who did see me, but I still don’t understand the point??? This office made another appointment for me to return on a Monday, two days later? After I thought about it I called and rescheduled at the office closed to my location and conforming to Dr. Pete’s schedule.... The dentistry skills and patient comfort level of all the Great Expressions locations are absolutely top notch! But I need to ask more questions as to why I puke be sent yo a distant location to see a certain dentist, only to be seen by someone else ???? Needless to say staff has always been friendly and kind. Being older, retired and disabled on a fixed income things like gasoline and distance traveled are an issue.....
