Dr. Paul Stanovick, DDS

I had a very small chipped front tooth. Afterwards I was told the cost for me would be nothing since it was such a small job. They would file insurance and take that as payment. Well quess what I received a bill. I called office and spoke to dentist's mother said she would get with her son and get back with me. Quess what happened nothing. Received another bill and again I call and spoke with daughter who I must say was very sweet and understanding. Oh by the way I didn't mention that I have been going to them almost since the beginning. Dentist's mother called me back and said she would relinquish the bill but I could find another dentist to see in the future since I was dissatisfied with their service. I stated it was not the service but the point of principle of billing when I was told I would not be responsible for any bill. She was rude in tone. I had my phone on speaker and another family member heard her and said what a way to treat a long time patient. Trust me RUN!

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr Stanovick and Dr. Stanovick! Father and son provide exceptional care for routine and special issues. The staff in the office are also top notch. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Paul is the best. He is gentle and compassionate. He stays up to date with all of the newest technology in the dental field. His love for his job is still apparent after all of these years. He is more like a friend as is everyone in this office. It runs efficiently and there is very little wait time. Most importantly they respond to you if you are having a dental emergency. They have always found time to see me if I need immediate care. The office is beautiful. Love my hygienist,Brandon too.

If you had told me 30 years ago I was going to enjoy going to the dentist, I would have laughed and thought you were crazy. The minute you enter the property you are enchanted by the serenity and beauty of the landscape and artwork. Best Dentist in the metro Richmond area. If you had a bad experience then it was more than likely self induced. I have been going to Dr. Stanovick for 28 years and have never had a bad experience!
