Dr Ouano is a fantastic dentist. Every time I got a filling I would just bear the pain. He found out I had a resistance to NovaCane. He flooded the tooth with novacane, and for the first time in my life I had a pain free filling. He also goes out of his way to fix your bite, and make it look like the filling never happened. Top it off with a charming demeanor, and I don't think you can do better than this dentist. If I could rate 6 stars/5 I would.

I highly recommend Dr. Ouano, and will forever be grateful in how much he has helped me. I had a very lengthy treatment plan, and needed a lot of work done. He gave me the best options, and never let cost get in the way of deciding what was best for me. I am a young mom, student, and work very hard. He let me have a payment plan that was manageable for me, and never once did not see me because I was unable to pay 100% up front. I was super apprehensive, and he changed that in 1 visit.

Dr Ouano is very knowledgeable and nice. However, his staff is dishonest & manipulative! Rachel told us the practice accepted our insurance (via email), yet a month later billed us for $780 for a simple visit & cleaning. My husband and I requested to reduce the amount, but were once again manipulated. We confronted the office, which just blamed everyone else (including my husband's HR dept). Stay away from this unethical & untrustworthy place that will do anything to get you in the door!!!
