Failed to provide care after denture received
BEWARE! These folks are great until.....they fail to verify insurance benefits, give you a contract stating they verified your portion but they never did. Then they haggle with you to take care of the $800 that was not verified or covered by insurance. Finally, they stop services on a liner and demand that my mom get implants. She is 76 yrs old, has leukemia, bone loss and would not recover from this treatment. Their guarantee is worthless. Now they demand $250 to fix her liner. We are filing complaints with the licensure board, the State of Oregon, and the State in which they hold their corporate office in Chicago. Once they have their money for the dentures, they stop services and demand more treatments and money. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A PATIENT ONCE THEY ARE FINANCIALLY SATISIFIED.
