Dr. Paul Karpovich, DDS

Five stars, been with him since he started and never disappointed.

Back two right lower teeth horribly compromised from seizures through the years. Decided to get crowns to ensure they don’t eventually crack. Dr. Karpovich was very thorough about it being the correct course of action. He requested the crowns were rushed to help so I wasn’t having seizures with the old teeth any longer than I absolutely had to. His staff always has a wonderful manner. They all take the time to exercise extreme patience and know dentistry is uncomfortable for me.

Sets up a treatment plan, makes you pay upfront, then doesn't complete the work and refuses to give a refund for services paid for, but not delivered.

Horrid. He asked me if I wanted to save my teeth and smile, charged me thousands of dollars, then decided he just didn't want to do it anymore. I was accused of Bulemia and told to go to Clear Choice and get dental implants which are very expensive. I had paid for all the work he said he was going to do upfront, so when he decided he didn't want as a patient anymore, I asked for a refund for the work that wasn't completed. He refused and his secretary refused. Paul Karpovich owes me thousands of dollars that he refuses to pay. I do not recommend that anyone see this dentist. He and his staff have caused me irreparable harm and still refuse to give me back what I paid for but did receive.
