Avoid this man!!!
Was told root canal would be $1400. Mid-procedure his computer goes down. I go home with glue leaking from the hole. Finally 5 days later it’s finished, and the he tells me that putting a crown back is another $1400. Didn’t offer to compensate in any way for equipment malfunction, and failed to mention that the crown (which was there pre-root canal) was an additional $1400. Con job.

Always completely reliable and trustworthy
Dr. Hertz is 100% competent, friendly, and dedicated. He has helped me even during off hours when I had an emegency. It amazes me that anyone could find fault with his dental practice, as his staff is consistently excellent as well.

Have gone to him for many years. He always find the best solution to the problem and quickly fixes what is wrong. Very pleasant atmosphere. He has helped me and come in to the office when I needed him for an emergency and it wasn’t regular office hours.

Dr Hertz is one of the best dentist I ever had. He's treated three generations of my family for over 15 years and addressed the many assorted issues we've had - and we've had plenty! I just finished Invisalign and love the result! If you're looking for an ethical dentist who is a consummate professional and communicates well, this is the dentist for you.

Dr. Paul Hertz is the most caring, gentle, and skilled dentist I have ever been to. Dr. Hertz actually takes the time to explain the condition and involves the patient in deciding the course of treatment. My entire family has had an excellent experience with the work that he has done on us. The office is very clean, modern and comfortable and the staff is very nice and helpful. If you're looking for a superior dentist anywhere in the vicinity of Riverdale, I highly recommend Dr.Hertz.
