Awful

Worst Experience I have ever encountered. She immediately came in asking questions , not once did she introduce herself. She Talks rudely to her employees and rushes you out of the office . I was in so much pain , she started drilling in my mouth as soon as she sat down. It wasn’t until after 20 minutes that put in the medicine to numb my tooth from the inside . I was literally in tears, the pain was so bad . She cut my lip twice with the tool , inside and outside . Once she was done I had to ask multiple questions to be sure because she didn't explain anything to me .

I just recently had a 6-month cleaning done and I was so unhappy with the service, I’ve already made up my mind that I will never be returning to Dr. Summers. The hygienist cleaned my teeth fairly quickly, but I then had to wait for 45 minutes for Dr.Summers to come and do my “oral exam”. While I waited, I could hear her cutting up with her employees the entire time while working on another patient. When she finally came to check on me (I almost got up and left several times but wanted her opinion on my receding gum line), she basically manhandled my face and used me as her guinea pig while to inaccurately educate her staff about my orthodontic history. By the way, when she did finally make her way over to see me, she didn’t even have the basic human tact to say “hi, how are you doing?” She just immediately started aggressively digging around my oral cavity. Needless to say, never going back.

It was the worst experience I have had!! Her work wasn't any good & she hurt me so bad my mouth was sore from routine filling for over a week! The fillings she did started to breakdown a month or two later. I had fillings from a previous dentist for over 10years and never started to break down. My husband instructed me to go back and make her fix them. I rather pay top dollar to have another dentist fix then see her again! When I told her she was hurting me she brushed me off. NEVER AGAIN
