Charged for services not rendered.
I went for the first time with my girlfriend. Before we even went in for treatment, Linda in the office got mouthy with my girlfriend. My girlfriend wanted to leave just when the Hygienist came out and apologized. We both got our teeth cleaned and I was charged for a scaling they never did. I called to discuss it and the same lady Linda got mouthy with me.
