Well, I was a patient in this office for a couple of years. All was great when mostly cleanings were required and I did have a couple of fillings done as well. Once I had an emergency, I found out that this doctor does not really care about her patients. My tooth broke, I called on Sat. at 1pm (they're open till 2) to speak with an answering service. On Monday, I called again to try to schedule an appointment to get this taken care of ASAP, I was told to come on Friday and that at the same time I will get my cleaning done, which was scheduled for the following week. The cleaning was NOT my concern at that time but I agreed thinking they can get both done. Showed up about 30 minutes ahead of my appt, they took me in, took x-rays to tell me that they can do MY CLEANING and that's it because the crown would take too long and they have another patient! and they can't get me in for another several days!
