Dr. Parker Duke is the best dentist my wife and I have ever been to. We are seniors, moved to Haines City last year and discovered Thurston Dental at our community health fair. Dr. Duke and his assistant Chevelle have completely restored my wife’s upper and lower teeth giving her confidence and a beautiful smile, she is over the moon! She had been suffering with a bad smile for years and we were afraid she’d need dentures, but were relieved that he could save her natural teeth. This is a one stop shop, no running around to specialists for extractions, root canals, and implants; they even have their own dental lab with a perfectionist technician creating beautiful crowns and bridges fitting like natural teeth. Dr. Duke really cares, taking his time, making sure everything is perfect; and even texting us in the evening after procedures. Best dental visit since moving to Florida 20 years ago. I’m picky! (Former dental hygienist.) Every part of the visit was exceptional. Front office staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to help with appointments and insurance advice. Assistant Chevelle, hygienist Laurie, and Dr Duke were very kind, polite, patient, great listeners, and gentle. They treated each other with respect and thanked each other for help given. I had my tooth pulled by Dr duke and I was very happy with the results . it was quick and painless .If you want a skilled dentist with a great staff this is your guy . me and my family will be having all our dental work done by Dr duke from now on . awesome dentist !!

Had Dr Duke remove my wisdom teeth and it was over before I even knew it started. Completely painless and quick. The difference between this Dr and every other dentist I've had is the feeling that he legitimately cares about the health of my teeth. Not how expensive he can make my treatment plan. Highly recommend.

Worst experience of my life! Due to his incompetence, I spent 3 days in the hospital on IV antibiotics and had a perforated sinus. Dr Duke had no concern at all about my abnormal bleeding and severe pain. He told me to call back if my situation didn’t improve. When I called back, his answering service said they were instructed to take messages only and hold them until 7 am. He should have sent me to an oral surgeon, instead, he tortured me for 6 hrs in the dental chair. BEWARE!!
