I think very highly of Dr. Chang and have been to probably 10+ dentists in my life due to moving. He provides me with options and lets me choose. He doesn't try to sell me on unnecessary procedures. He is very sympathetic and gentle. He does his own cleaning, so the care and quality is extremely high. His staff is also knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I've never had an issue with billing, which I have from other providers.
