I filled two teeth which were not painful. He told me the teeth might be sensitive for a few days. I called them in two weeks complaining with pain, they told me to wait for a couple of more days. I called back in a month they told me it can take longer. Now after 3 months, they still say the same thing. Also they say if you have filled with composite it would have been less sensitive, but when I asked them before filling what the difference was, they told me just the color and the price, so I chose silver. They tell me it MAY get better overtime while I have felt no change in the last 3 months. Some other nonsense reasoning I am given:
Age changes things (I am <40 years old)
Every person is different
Try sensodyne! (I am already using that)

- Difficult to schedule appointment
- Didn't listen or answer questions
- Didn't explain conditions well
- Staff wasn't friendly
- Appointment was rushed
- Didn't trust the provider's decisions
