Dr. Chung and her staff provide outstanding care. Her and her team are professional and knowledgeable. All while making their patients feel relaxed and comfortable. I had no post-op pain after my root canal therapy and the work was done with such care. Unfortunately, I have more work that needs to be done, but it is helpful to know I am in such good hands. I highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Chung was absolutely wonderful. Her care, thoroughness and kindness were superb. However, I was charged out of pocket during my visit and I kept telling them that it was covered 100% with my insurance. The insurance company sent the office a payment, paying them 100% for their services as I said and I am having trouble being refunded the amount I was charged at my visit. I have called twice about this overage. When calling Dr. Chung's office I was told they don't let patients speak to billing and they would have to email them and get back with me. My first call about this was ten days ago. No one reached out to me. I called again today and was told that patients can't talk to the billing department.

Always GREAT patient care. VERY knowledgeable. I can honestly say after leaving I fill so mutch better. Dr Chung is AMAZING, 1st rate. Hopefully, I dont need anymore rout canals in the future but I'm happy to have her conduct the procedure anytime.
