Similar to another reviewer, I think Dr. Berry is a very nice, competent dentist. However, the office staff is so rude and unhelpful that I will not return. They almost never answer their phone. I have had about a 10% success rate of someone actually answering the phone. The last time I was in the office, the receptionist was on a personal call for over 30 minutes and did not address me at all during that time while I waited. I called with a painful dental emergency and they did not get back to me quickly and then made me wait 3 weeks to get an appointment. I would not recommend this office.

Nick Berry is amazing! Super kind, gentle, and seems ot run the whole facility. The place is impeccably clean and well maintained. The office staff seemed a little flustered when I scheduled the appointment, so I was a little unsure walking in, but the dentist himself (who does everything -- the cleaning and all) is simply amazing.
