Not happy with the results at all. It seemed extremely hard to schedule an appointment if my daughter had an emergency. Not convenient at all. Didn't feel welcome and daughter never liked going there,ever. Macomb orthodontist is the absolute greatest (my other child went there)

I would NEVER recommend Dr. Rafaill to anyone. The office staff is rude and disrespectful. The office hours are not conducive to people who work. Scheduling appointments that did not interfere with my work responsibilities was a constant struggle. Additionally, I am not happy with the result I got from my braces. Once they have your money and commitment, you are just another body. DO NOT consider using this facility. It is the most unprofessional environment I have ever been a part of.

Office was busy which I consider a good sign. Customers in waiting room were all happy. No long waits. Dr. Rafaill and staff were courteous and friendly. They took time to answer questions and instruct us on care of braces. They made a genuine effort to make us happy. Office was spotless; very comfortable and clean. Staff was very organized and looked like they enjoyed working here. I would not hesitate recommending this office to family and friends.
