My teeth were very cooked and Dr. Marshall fixed them perfectly, so I am grateful for that. In regards to the other comment here - I have the same exact cemented permanent bottom retainer and it has never fallen out after almost 20 years and I have flossed under it everyday with no problems for that length of time. The Dr. can give you the retainer but he can't force you to take care of it and practice good oral hygiene - that's on you.

Not only did I not like him as a patient, years later my lower "permanent" retainer has fallen off and he completely cemented the retainer to the top 4 front teeth ensuring that until I get it and the cement removed I won't be able to floss again.
