Worst dentist I have ever been to
I started going to Culpepper Family Dentristy when I first moved to Arkansas several years ago and this has been my experience. Terrible from start to finish, at times even laughable. With each cleaning the hygienist felt the need to give me a tutorial of how to correctly floss. Now maam, I'm 42 years old, I know how to floss, you don't have to get out the fake teeth and show me like I'm a three year old. If you can't clean my teeth correctly than maybe you should just say that or schedule extra cleanings in between. But what really was a cause for concern for me and is the actual reason I'm writing this review is the crown I recieved. I took off work on the day of my crown, waiting over 90 minutes, all for which for them to tell me that their machine broke down and I would not be getting my crown today. Then the dentist wanted to remove the temporary crown and replace it with another one. He actually acted shocked when I screamed out in pain the first time he started drill

Never Again
Went to Culpepper twice for a crown and he messed it up both times with the crown falling out or breaking. Will never go to this dentist again and do not recommend to anyone. Went to Aspen dental and had crown work done correctly the first time.

Disappointing!
Wife saw him. Dr is unfriendly. Waited over 3 weeks to get a crown. Last appointment was a total disappointment. Dr was not in room but for literally one minute. Had great difficulty positioning crown. 4x on and off. Drilled down good tooth below crown to make it a good fit. Will never go back.

My first appt. to put on my crown did not go well. I waited in my car for 40 minutes and then left. When I called them as I was driving away, they informed me that they were running a little behind. I said 40 minutes is more than a little. If Dr. Culpepper is unable to be more timely and respectful of my time, then I do not see me and my family continuing services with him. They made me another appt. for 9am today. I sat in my car until 9:38 before they walked me into the building. I wasn't seen until 9:55am. I asked why they are so late. She informed me that they are short staffed. She said didn't they tell me that. I said no. When Dr. Culpepper came in he said nothing to me. He cemented my crown on and then left. Never saying "sorry for being late" nor "thank you for being patient while we are short staffed". He showed me a side in a professional I would never tolerate. And I won't. Unfortunately, the dentist office didn't call and let me know to come to my appt. later since they are
