Dr. Nelson Berardinelli, DMD

Went because of tooth ache. He said I am grinding my teeth and shaved my tooth. Messed up my entire bite and I have been in severe pain. When I called back he said he cannot do anything and told me to go an orthodontist. Tried to sell me a night guard for $500. Beware.

I don't know how dr B. Gets so many great reviews but I had thousands dollars of crowns put on over a period of time and most of the crowns were not put on correctly not to mention he admitted to it yet charged me for the lab and his blunders. Had a brand new crown put on and the tooth next to it he wasn't paying attention and backed the drill into it while talking to his assistant. To sum it up I called and tried to discuss the mistakes with my insurance and him but his front office and he said I would have to pay to get ANYTHING corrected. Too much money spent for a shady dentist. Wouldn't recommend!!

Dr. Berardinelli and his staff are the most accommodating, professional, kind and friendliest dental staff that I have ever known. Everyone in his office makes you feel like family, and I am so glad to have found him and his staff for all my dental needs. THANKS for just being you. You all are the BEST!

I am scared to death of the dentist but had to go! Dr, Berardinelli was so professional and kind and gentle, and the place is spotless! They even got me in with only a few hours of notice! Everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful! He also has state of the art equipment, and the place could not have been any cleaner! He also took the time to ease my mind and thoroughly explain everything to me! My 4-tooth bridge is beautiful! It fits well and matches perfectly!

I suffered with dental problems all of my life, dealing with many dentists and expensive procedures that did little to alleviate the problems. I was referred to Dr. Berardinelli over 11 years ago by a friend. He did a wonderful job of capping all of the teeth and giving me a beautiful, healthy smile. I have not had one problem since. I was very happy with the way they worked with my insurance and scheduling appointments to coincide with my work schedule. Dr. Berardinelli and Staff are very friendly and helpful. Always a good experience!!

Over the past year, I have had much work done in my mouth. Dr. Nelson has been very clear with his explanation of the procedures that would take place and there was no rush on his execution. During this time frame I had 7 crowns and bonding done His office has state of the art equipment, clean, staff friendly and scheduling is done with highest regard to the patients time available. This is a very professional operation and I highly recommend Dr. Nelson.

I went in mid Feb for a tiny chip repair and left in tears, with my front healthy tooth completely and carelessly altered. Instead of a detailed conversation over the reason I was there, the exam was rushed and not discussed in any length. The doctor just looked over the back of my front teeth, said “easy fix” and started drilling without going over or explaining anything! At this point, I’m in shock. I had zero knowledge to what was being done and there was discomfort. After it was over, little was said.. I payed $175.00 and left. Looked in the mirror as soon as I got in my car, and the chip was still there. I sobbed, went back in to address that I didn’t have done what I was there for. The hygienist apologized and said she thought I was there for “the ledge” on my tooth, and she led the doctor in the wrong direction. ..I mentioned nothing of the sort during the entire exam, ..and I made the appointment for a “small chip repair”. Dr. Berardinelli is the best dentist in Murrysville! He spends time explaining procedures and provides multiple options for solutions that fit your needs. Appointments are easy to get and wait times are minimal. Office staff is very pleasant. I recommend trying Dr. Berardinelli!

My entire family has Dr. Berardinelli as our dentist for over 35 years. Through those years the office has changed by upgrading equipment and Dr Nelson continues his education to stay up to date. This is just a first class operation that is very professional and respects the patients time.

An excellent dentist who has consistently provided dental services of the highest quality. Creates a plan to accomplish the desired goals of the patient within their insurance plan, budget and timeline. Remains current with techniques and tools. Would recommend his services without reservation.

Dr. Berardinelli is awesome... unfortunately that is where it ends. His front office staff are as unprofessional as they are incompetent. Most recently and the final straw was being charged missed appointment fees because they screwed up the day of my appointment (which I'm not sure how that happens when I always go on the same day) and after receiving the reminder call making us realize they had the wrong date it was then impossible to get in touch with them to discuss the error for 3 days and
